1. Who We Are

wildcomiks.com ("the Site") is operated by Abstract Image LLC, doing business as WildComiks ("we," "us," "our"). WildComiks is a comic studio. The Site publishes our own original series — currently Shadow Clash: Prelude and Fuji — The Soul Keeper — as free, view-only webcomics. By reading the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Some areas of the Site are private and restricted to the studio. These Terms cover the public Site only.

2. Our Content

Every series, character, name, story, script, panel, page, illustration, video, logo, and piece of text on the Site is the property of Abstract Image LLC. © Abstract Image LLC. All rights reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or license to you beyond the permitted use in Section 3.

3. Permitted Use

You may read the comics on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may link to any public page on the Site. That is the whole license.

4. Prohibited Use

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute any comic, page, panel, character, or video from the Site, in whole or in part.
• Download, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise capture Site content for redistribution, resale, or reposting anywhere.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site, or access it with automated tools other than ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages.
• Use any Site content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or prompt any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model.
• Create derivative works, merchandise, translations, or adaptations of our series or characters.
• Remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, or credit.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to access private areas.

We may block access and pursue any legal remedy available for violations.

5. Release Schedule

New chapters are released on a schedule we set and may change at any time. We may delay, pause, reorder, revise, or remove any series or chapter without notice and without liability to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ABSTRACT IMAGE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AVAILABILITY.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABSTRACT IMAGE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. THE SITE IS FREE; OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $50 USD.

8. Infringement Claims

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email legal@wildcomiks.com with the URL, a description of the work you own, and your contact details. We will review and respond.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
